Sometimes I can't answer calls.... I can hear the ringer, but the screen doesn't pop up asking if I was to Answer, Ignore, or Mute Ringer... My phone isn't frozen because I can still click on buttons and go to other things... but it will NOT let me answer at all... How the crap do I fix this? It goes to missed calls afterwards, so I have to keep calling people back.

When I first got the phone, I did a hard reset right away...
